Dog Clippers - Which are the Best and Why

Top quality dog clippers are hard to find especially if you are a home groomer as even the pros find this an issue. With the variety on the market it may be daunting. The second Andis model is best for sensitive animals and is very versatile and durable. It is available at two speeds, 2700spm and 3400spm. The third model, like its name, is extremely powerful but lightweight too. It is a favorite among professionals as it makes the job extra easy.
Oster is another good brand. The two good models include 78004-011 Powermax-2 speed clipper and A5 Turbo 2-Speed Professional Animal clipper. The first one is great for home use and works at speeds above 4200 spm. This model is quite lightweight and is fitted with a Cryogen-X #10 blade which makes grooming very easy. The second one, like its name, is more suited for professionals as it can work non-stop for hours. It works at both 3000 and 4000 spm speed setting and is also fitted with the Cryogen-X #10 blade.
